God must often trouble the waters of our life before we are willing to examine our heart in hard ways.

Our problem is not the parts of Scripture we don't understand. Our problem is submitting to the Scriptures we do understand.

Pride and arrogance are not the same thing.

The first step in knowing God is recognizing that you're not.
